Herman Franck, Esq. is a Sacramento based attorney at law, and has his own law firm, Franck & Associates. He practices in the field of civil trials and appeals of business disputes, real estate issues, family law battles, and epic civil rights disputes.
He received his law degree from Georgetown University [Juris Doctor 1985] where he also received a Master of Arts in Economics [1985]. He received his B.A. (honors) from U.C. Berkeley in Political Economy (1981). He is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He was previously licensed as a foreign lawyer in Ukraine (1993-1996).
